Situation

A legacy organization and the largest tomato grower in North America, recognized the need to strengthen its leadership pipeline and unify its culture across diverse operations. Rapid growth, geographic dispersion, and shifting market dynamics had created silos and inconsistent leadership practices.

There executive team sought to foster alignment, empower future leaders, and embed its “Family, Growth, Results” values through a cohesive development journey, one that would cultivate both capability and connection.

Resolution

Designed and launched a custom Leadership Academy rooted in growth, alignment, and impact. The program blended assessment, design thinking, and experiential learning to help leaders understand their style, strengthen communication, and unlock potential.

Through pre-work, interactive workshops, and post-session coaching tools, the Academy became more than training, it sparked a movement of leaders ready to grow themselves and others.
